『To:』以下に送信先のアドレス入力。
『Subject:』も聞かれます。
『content-type:』を聞かれたら、このあたりをみて入力。
Name of file containing 『content-type』 data:と聞かれるのでパスを入力。

1 — No, it is already in 7 bit ASCII
2 — Yes, encode in base64 (most efficient)
3 — Yes, encode in quoted-printable (less efficient, more readable)
4 — Yes, encode it using uuencode (not standard, being phased out)
『most efficient』と言われている『2』を選択かな。
これで、送信完了となれば送信成功！！
